Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic discipline using hand apparatus set to music with gymnastics and dance elements. Routines can be performed individually or in pairs and groups. You don’t need any experience to get started but a love of dance and creativity goes a long way! Gymnasts will learn how to move gracefully with the five apparatus (hoop, ribbon, ball, rope and clubs).

Cost is £30 per month by Direct Debit. New members can pay weekly by cash, card or cheque until the Direct Debit is set-up.
